Who We Are
CSIP Group is a newly formed entity established through a strategic alliance with CITIC Securities International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Securities, China’s largest securities firm, and Evercore Partners, a leading US-based independent investment bank, and whose mission is to become the preeminent strategic and financial advisor to prominent multinational corporations and financial sponsors as well as Chinese state-owned and private enterprises to conduct cross-border transactions involving China. Through its strategic alliance and team of global professionals, CSIP Group offers a unique combination of local access and expertise, global reach and world class product knowledge. Industry veteran Donald Tang is the founder of CSIP Group and its CEO. CSIP Group has offices in New York and Los Angeles with a presence in Hong Kong, and Beijing.
